Excellent service and attention to detail. They assembled a set of snow tires (tires, wheels, sensors) with components from different vendors as specified by me. They even delivered them to my home when completed. This is my second experience with them. I’m highly satisfied and woul recommend to family and friends.

Great Service.

I was driving on 43 up to Door County with my sister and 2 female cousins when my car started to wobble and my tire gauge light went on. We pulled off the side of the road and saw I had a flat tire. We called Carlton to come help us change our tire. Marcus came out, put on our spare and we followed him back to your place to see if the tire could be fixed. You not only fixed the tire but took all our items out of the hatch back, replaced the spare and put it all back. Four women traveling to Door County for the weekend can pack a lot. We could not be more pleased with your kind service. Thank you so much for getting us safely back on the road for our fun weekend.

My wife who doesn't normally use Carlton automotive was extremely pleased by the customer service. I use them for my car repairs but she used to go to dealerships. After this last fix she was so happy with the service she received. She said she didn't want to go anywhere else. Kudos to Bob for taking my calls all day long excellent job keeping us informed of progress.

Everyone was very nice, and extremely patient, as I tried to explain what was wrong with my car. They fixed the problem at a reasonable cost within 72 hours of the initial email requesting an appointment.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. While traveling on I43 the other day my car broke down in construction traffic. I had my elderly father with me who has trouble breathing in hot weather. When I called Carlton Automotive and explained my situation the driver (Joe) said he would get there as quickly as possible. He arrived in 20 minutes and assisted me in getting my father into the air conditioned truck. I can't say enough about how well I was treated. If anyone is ever near Oostburg and need assistance, call Carlton.
