the reason i came back to Carlton for service was because of the "new" Service Manager "Bob". i have also met and trust "Roy" also in service. both of these gentlemen treat me with the utmost "respect", anwser my questions, and help me to understand what is wrong and what needs to be fixed. Bob priortizes repairs, and if something needs to be done now, because of a safety issue he tells me. thanks guys! jes rountree
